What is this and what can I build?
The Hubzilla Fediverse Server, paired with Neuhub's Themes, Addons, and Widgets provide a robust and customizable platform to create a variety of websites, including:
- A Social Media Presence (for yourself or your organization)
- A Social Media Community (just for friends & family, or allow the public to sign up)
- A Website with Built-in Social Media
- Forums & Discussion Boards

You can use some or all of the features. How you configure Hubzilla is up to you.
Furthermore, Hubzilla can be modified with the use of Themes, Addons, and Widgets. This means that you can extend Hubzilla in any number of ways.

Can I see an example?
You are looking at it! This website was created with Hubzilla and uses the Neuhub Tab theme.
We used the content management features as well as the social media features to create a home base for our open source software. Since social media is built into Hubzilla, our social media presence uses the same domain name as our website.
You can also change how it looks completely. For example, the Hubzilla.org website and TechSero.com website have custom home pages.
How do I get started?
There are a number of communities that you can join, and you also have the option to set up your own server.
If you are looking for a social media account and don't want to manage your own server, then we suggest joining an existing community. The administrator of each community decides what features are available for members. If you want full control over your experience, then setting up your own server gives you the most customization options.
If you decide to set up your own server, you have some additional options, like to self-host, use a web/cloud hosting company, or use a Managed Hubzilla provider, which takes care of all of the technical aspects for you.
How can I get assistance?
There are a variety of ways to get assistance. Hubzilla support is provided by the Hubzilla Association and the Hubzilla community. Neuhub support is provided by Federated Works and the Neuhub community. Many Hubzilla communities also run their own support forums for community members.
